Payment Options
We strive to offer our clients maximum convenience when it comes to payment methods. We accept credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo as forms of payment. If you choose to use a credit card, we kindly request that the payment is processed at least five days prior to your scheduled pick-up date.
Overages & Wait Times
At Rob’s Rides, we strive to ensure a smooth and stress-free pickup for our clients. To accommodate for inevitable delays at the airport, such as baggage claims and customs, we have implemented a grace period policy.
We provide a complimentary grace period of 25 minutes from the scheduled pickup time for airport pickups, and 12 minutes for all other pickups.
Beyond this, waiting time is charged in half-hour increments, with the rates varying according to the vehicle. The incurred waiting charges are to be paid upon arrival at the final destination.
Rob’s Rides does not want to be charging “Wait Times”, it is a frustration to you our client, especially after a long trip and causes large strains in our scheduling for other clients. We kindly recommend scheduling your pickup 30-45 minutes (with baggage (~20 mins) and customs (~25 mins)) after your flight’s landing time for a seamless experience.
Below are the waiting time rates for AIRPORT AND NON AIRPORT PICKUPS for our fleet of vehicles:
Model 3: $60 per hour
Model S / Economy Suv: $70 per hour
Model Y: $75 per hour
Model X / Premium SUV: $88 per hour
